Integrated Life Counseling Center, LLC is located in historic downtown West Bend, Wisconsin. The physical address is 215 N. Main Street, Suite 202 West Bend, WI 53095. There is public parking in front of the building. Once inside the building, take the elevator up to the second floor. The clinic is just outside the elevator.

In addition to the main location in downtown West Bend, I also have an office at the West Bend High School. Appointments occur during the school day in order to provide services as part of the youth’s daily routine. Please call 262-416-2922 for more information on how to get services within school.
